Legal basis for the processing of personal data
If we have obtained the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO serves as the legal basis.
For the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
If the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO serves as the legal basis.
In the event that the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6 para. 1 lit. d DSGVO serves as the legal basis.
If processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO serves as the legal basis for data processing.
Registration as a host/hostess (m/f): All transmitted data are stored in our internal register of personnel and are used exclusively for the placement in suitable jobs, verification of social security status as well as for drawing up contracts and payment of wages in the event of a placement. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. Article 26 BDSG-new.
Deletion of data and duration of storage
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Data may be stored for a longer period of time if this has been stipulated by European or national laws or other regulations to which the controller is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted when a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned regulations expires, unless further storage of the data for the purposes of concluding or fulfilling a contract is required.
Your rights
You have the right to receive information free of charge about your personal data stored by us and, if applicable, the right to demand the correction, restriction of the processing or deletion of such data. You also have the right to data portability. Finally, you also have the right to lodge a complaint about our processing of your personal data with the data protection supervisory authority.

The internet service provider automatically collects and stores protocol data as the processing of this data is technically necessary to display our website and to guarantee stability and security. The protocol data includes the following information:

Contact form and request for staff
You can contact us electronically using the contact form we provide. Our contact form indicates which data is obligatory and which information is optional. Google Analytics
